Rewinding method: To adopt the center surface of double rewinding bearing for rolling; A/B shaft equipped with air-expansion shaft; using positive magnetic powder clutch tension slip controls the material
Feeding Unit: To adopt imported EPC atmospheric pressure automatic rectifying control system; automatic feeder makes it eases feeding process, ensuring safer feeding procedures
Stripping Unit: To adopt round blade with variable width adjustments; equipped with counter unit for easy roll length records. Master roll adopts a frequency converter to adjust speed.
Treatment of discarded sides: Equipped with a blower and an automatic eliminating system for discarded side trims; hollow-frame paper crossing route design suitable for splitting super-size and heavier materials.
